Temporary Backup Folder Request
Temporary Backup Folder Request
IT staff will provide access to the folder within 1 business day
The folder size will be 200 GB. If more space is needed, additional 200 GB folders can be created.
The folder will be available for 30 days
IT staff will contact the client before deleting the folder
Your ticket confirmation will include a link to the knowledge base article with instructions for accessing the folder
