About This Service

Select from the below service list to submit a service request to Human Resources. Once submitted, your service request will be routed to the appropriate HR contact. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your ticket submission, and should expect a response from an HR team member within two (2) business days.

Our Commitments

In ICHR, we're committed to providing excellent service.
  • You can expect a standard response time of two (2) business days when you select a standard help request/inquiry to Human Resources. To expedite your request, ensure that you've selected the appropriate service from the list above to submit your request directly to the responsible party.
  • You can view the status of any tickets you submit to HR or another campus service by going to My Submitted Tickets in Team Dynamix.
  • Our ticket forms have been designed to limit the number of individuals reviewing your information, your ticket requests will only be shared with the individuals supporting your request. When you submit a request to the any service form listed above, only the individuals within HR approved to respond to that ticket type will have access to your request.

Other Ways To Reach Us

The Office of Human Resources is available in-person or virtually on normal workdays between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and our offices are located on the Garden Level of Peggy Ryan Williams Center.
