This article will walk you through how to reuse or "roll over" a reading list you already have in another site, and use it in another or new Canvas site.

How to Roll Over a Previous Reading List
1. After adding the Leganto Reading List (Course Readings) tool to your Canvas site, click on the tool in the left hand navigation to open Leganto in a new tab.
2. Enter the name of the course in the "Course Name" bar and the dates the course will run through. You can also add number of participants and Academic department on this screen. After this information is filled out, click "Create"
3. Under "Create a new reading list from scratch" Click "Create it"
4. Give your reading list a title and a brief description in the designated fields then click "Create" on the right-hand side
5. Click on the "My Lists" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
6. For the list you want to roll over from a previous course, click on the ellipses in the right hand corner, then click "Roll Over List"
7. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the site you are currently in or want this list to be a part of.
8. On the new pop up window click the button for "Roll Over."
9. You will get one more window to confirm that this list is now available in your site.
