In Outlook, you have the option to set up custom email signatures. This can have text, images, the Ithaca College logo, or even a scanned version of your handwritten signature. You can configure Outlook to add this signature to every email you send out automatically, or you can manually insert it into emails whenever you want.
Creating signatures is a different experience depending on whether you are using the desktop versions of Outlook on Windows or macOS devices, through a web browser, with the new "One Outlook" application, or on a mobile device.
