Forgetting the Ithaca College network on various devices

This Knowledge Base article is intended to assist people with forgetting the IthacaCollege network on various devices. When passwords are changed within an Ithaca College environment, you will also need to change the password on your wireless.

Forgetting the network on iPhones/iPads

  1. Click the Settings app.
  2. Click "Wi-Fi".
  3. Click the Information Icon (an "i" with a circle around it) on the IthacaCollege network.
  4. Click "Forget This Network".
  5. Click "Forget".

 

Forgetting the network on Windows

  1. Click the Wi-Fi logo at the bottom right of the screen
  2. Right click on "IthacaCollege".
  3. Click "Forget".

 

Forgetting the network on Macs 

  1. Click  the Wi-Fi icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click "Open Network Preferences" from the drop down bar.
  3. Click "Advanced" located at the bottom right.
  4. Click  the "IthacaCollege" network.
  5. Click "-".
  6. Click  "OK".
  7. Click "Apply".

 

Forgetting the network on Google Android phones

  1. Open "Settings".
  2. Select "Network and Internet".
  3. Select "Wifi".
  4. Press your finger down on "IthacaCollege" for two seconds to open a drop down menu.
  5. Select "Forget".
