Making International Phone Calls

Dialing international calls beyond North America is generally considered an international call. Ithaca College campus telephones, with international dialing permission enabled, can perform international calls.

Dialing International Calls

To perform an international call from a campus telephone with international dialing permission enabled:

1. Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.
2. Dial 9 and listen for the dial tone again.
3. Dial 011 and then dial the international number, after the international number dial authorization code 145478. The international number requires a country code, area code and phone number.
