Quick Guide: Reset your password with Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)

To reset your password with SSPR

Go to: https://aka.ms/sspr

• You will be prompted to enter your Ithaca College email address and complete a CAPTCHA. Please do so and click Next.
• Select “I forgot my password” and click Next.
• You will be prompted to use two of the verification methods you set up when you enrolled in SSPR.
  • Once you have completed verification, you will be prompted to create a new password that conforms to the Azure password policy found here: Self-service password reset policies - Azure Active Directory | Microsoft Docs
