Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of desktop, web, and mobile applications and services that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services. Ithaca College provides a number of these applications as part of a campus-wide licensing agreement.

Note for IC faculty and staff: Adobe is changing the licensing method for Adobe Creative Cloud which will require faculty and staff to log in with their Ithaca College username and password beginning September 27, 2019. Adobe Creative Cloud is available for use in campus computer labs and classrooms, and on campus-owned devices.

Microsoft Windows 10, Apple macOS, Apple iOS, Google Android

For Students

Students may access Creative Cloud applications in campus computer labs and classrooms, on campus-owned devices, or by purchasing a personal subscription for use on their personal devices through OnTheHub for $20 per month.

For Faculty and Staff

Windows 10 and macOS

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your Ithaca College email address in the email address text box and click Continue.
  3. When prompted, enter your Ithaca College username and password into the username and password textboxes and click Login.
  4. When prompted for authorization, click Do Not Ask Me Again and click Accept.
  5. Along the top of the Creative Cloud homepage, click Apps. This will provide you access to the available desktop, mobile, and web applications.
    1. If an application has not been installed, click Install.

iOS and Android

  1. Visit the respective app stores to download Adobe applications.
  2. Sign in to the applications with your Ithaca College username and password.
